How long will my order take?
If you have ordered through early access, please allow up to 2 weeks for dispatch. If you have purchased through main sale, allow 3 days for dispatch. Sometimes your parcel will move through the system without being scanned. The tracking number should activate within 3 days of receiving your shipping notification; if not, please contact us.
Why was my order refunded?
Orders may be refunded for various reasons, such as out-of-stock items, payment processing issues, or if the order was cancelled. You should have received an email detailing the reason for the refund. If you have further questions, please contact us.
What happens if my parcel is returned to you before I have received it?
If your parcel is returned to us before delivery, we will contact you to confirm your shipping details and resend the package. If you prefer, we can issue a full refund instead. Please ensure your address is correct to avoid delays.
Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Do you do returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately we don't do returns or exchanges. Please make sure you use our size guide to check for the correct sizing. If your item is faulty or damaged, please use the contact page to contact us for returns and exchanges. We will process these as quickly as possible once received.
